Every goyard item that I have come across has a code (not really a serial number but indication of the atelier and year/month of batch). Just that the location of the code for some batches are really elusive. Based on photos per se, I think it's authentic and it's hand painted. Should be around 2015. The dust bag is just too small/short for the handles of the tote bags. I think the 233 comes with a box, when the SA showed me the bag, she took it out from a box. The two wallets we bought came in a nice little green box.

The only reason I am questioning is because the code looks larger than the one in my bag, but this could just be that mine is brand new/2019. While almost every Goyard piece will have a serial number, some are easy to find while others are more discreet. On older St. Louis totes, you can find it on the interior of the included pouch.
